Sleep plays a huge role in supporting our mental and physical and social wellbeing with sleep deprivation having an impact on our minds, bodies and moods, its crucial that we are all gettqing the best nights sleep we can get.

In order to maintain proper function and health we require the full spectrum of the sleep pattern, and many things can affect the quality of the sleep we get each night.

Sleep patterns can be affected by many things including age, the amount of recent sleep or wakefulness, the time of day or night relative to your genetics and your individual body clock, exercise, stress, environmental conditions.

Its easy for your sleep patterns to get disrupted, repeatedly missing a night’s sleep, an irregular sleep schedule, or disturbance of sleep can result in a redistribution of your sleep stages, meaning you may be missing out on some of the crucial elements that sleep provides your body.

How many of us have woken to a dream and wondered was there a meaning, or message in the dream for us to consider, was it answering something we’ve been trying to solve. If we just jump out of bed and don’t give the dream any thought and consideration have, we missed an opportunity to develop and grow.

What about people with mobility issues?

The buildings are ranch style, i.e. everything at one level.  The walkways are made of slabs of stone and gravel and fairly easy to navigate

What if I have special dietary needs?

Not a problem! 

Just advise us ahead of time and we will make sure that your meals are appropriate for you - wheat, dairy, or gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.  

What language is spoken in Morocco?

The official languages are Arabic and Berber.  In tourist areas, you will find people who speak French (most government and official business is transacted in the language) and English - and other languages!) as well
